l  Intellectual Property: providing international partners and university faculty with high quality services and guidance on matters relating to intellectual property distribution and licensing.

l  University Regulations: drafting and recommending university regulations on international R&D collaborations.

l  Research Collaboration Management: facilitating the management of international R&D collaborations, including commissioned projects, joint R&D projects, joint research institutions, technology transfer and technical consultation.

l  Industrial Liaison: encouraging and facilitationg partnerships between university and industry, and promoting collaborations in research, information exchange and fostering of talents.
