Mar. 14, the management council meeting of the Tsinghua-Rohm Center was held in Tsinghua University. Tsinghua Vice President Wang Xiqin, Director of the Overseas R&D Management Office, General Office of Scientific R&D, Ma Jun, and Director Koji Taniuchi from Rohm’s Basic R&D Department attended the meeting. Center Director Huang Yidong, Dean of the Department of Electronic Engineering, chaired the meeting, and the joint center’s manager Wang Zhongjun gave a report on the ongoing projects, including sensor networks. The council members discussed a number of issues, covering also the arrangement of the TRIFIA industry-university-research forum held in May 2017, as well as plans for the future cooperation mode of both parties.
