May 9, Lv Lei from the Overseas R&D Management Office accompanied Prof. Wei Fei from the Department of Chemical Engineering to visit Aramco’s Beijing R&D Center. During the visit they discussed the implementation and transportation problems related to the existing cooperation project on Saudi crude oil with the center’s director Dr. Rufaii, Khalid O. and Dr. Han Ming. A visit to the center’s laboratories was also arranged. Lv Lei gave an introduction of the University-Industry Cooperation Committee (UICC), and the two parties both expressed a wish to explore opportunities for cooperative projects through joint seminars.
